Make a new project, go to File > New Project
Camera controls: WASD to move, Shift + Mouse button to rotate, Mouse wheel to zoom
There are two modes, Floor and Autotile.
Using the tile palette on the left side, select the tile you want, and click on the 3D grid to paint the tile.
Autotile automatically creates edges for you
In a few tools there is more art available than appears by default
Click the Update List… button
The left side shows the existing list, the right shows the whole list. Select ones you want and use the arrow button to put them into the left list.
Press OK
They will now appear in the drop down
